1. Topographical Survey and Schedule

First, we conducted a topograpical survey, determining the precise height and specific requirements for the riding arena.

Based on the survey, we scheduled all the necessary steps and materials needed for the project.

2. The Plane

As soona as we got the good to go, we put the plane to adapt the terrain to the desired dimensions, topography, and maximum chargeability.

3. The Substatum

Next, we put a high-end substratum using exclusively locally available materials. This guarantees the necessary stability and distribution of charge.

Specifig densifying measures created a durable and even foundation.

4. The Separation Layer

By means of a separation layer, we separated the substratum from the surface. This ensures that the materials will not intersperse as much, resulting in an enhanced longlivety of the riding arena.

5. The Surface

Finally, we produced the surface layer, respecting the technical prescriptions for riding arenas, thus ensuring it is ideally designed for riding horses.

For this, we used materials locally available. In the end, fleece snippets were put into the surface, which led to even further improving the floor

• humidity regulation,
• enhanced non-slip qualities,
• higher elaticity,
• less dust sensitivity

The Callenge

On this site, we had to deal with the extremely narrow terrain. What’s more, the sewage pit needed to be installed into a pre-existing, finished garden.

The Soluction

We opted for a two-chamber wastewater System with an attached dry well. Furthermore, we renewed the entire pipage and introduced a system that separates waste from rainwater. In order to avoid any unnecessary damage to the yard, we used the smallest possible machinery.

Advantages of a two-chamber wastewater system:

• low-cost installation due to its simple technology
• low-maintenance compared to more complex systems
• ideal if only little space is available

Hence, the two-chamber wastewater system pit is an ideal solution for rural single-family homes that are not attached to a public sewage system.

Description

Preparing a building site is a complex process consisting of several phases.

First, the land to be developed needs to be evaluated, considering especially the situation, infrasctructure, stability, as well as environmental aspects.

The Job

Our customer wanted an entirely new backyard including a driveway, several outdoor walkways, a terrace, and a swimming pool with all its features. Furthermore, the yard was to be equipped with lawn turf and new plants.

The Challenge

The backyard was to be barrier-free, which was specifically difficult due to the terrain’s location on a slope. Furthermore, the whole concept foresaw for the entire garden to be low-maintenance.

Our Solution

First, we committed a topographical survey, which led to an as-is analysis and a plan for the entire outdoor area.

To ensure the low-maintenance concept, we introduced a set of automatic sprinklers and a lawn-mower robot. We also installed an ambiant illumination which could be turned on and of from within the house.

The swimming pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, a waterfall shower, and special illumination for amiance.
